Payments can be made by cash or electronically after booking is confirmed.

What does each apartment come with?
Each apartment comes fully furnished, fitted with kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi & DSTV conduit.
What apartment types of apartments do you have?
Studios, 1 Bed, 1 Bed Duplex, 2 Bed, 2 Bed Duplex, 3 Bed, 3 Bed Duplex
Is the apartment serviced?
All apartments are semi serviced as default for all clients’ however fully serviced apartments are an option to be chosen by the tenant.
Do I have to pay security deposit?
Yes. In the event of any damage caused by the tenant, the security deposit would be used to remedy the damage. However, if there’s no damage, it shall be refunded.
Do you provide long and short stay?
Yes, we do.
What facilities does the apartment have?
Well-equipped gym, communal garden, concierge services, free parking spot, mini mart, standby generator, water reservoir, pool, 24-hour security, janitorial services & facilities and maintenance office.
Do you have a policy on smoking?
Yes, there are designated areas for smoking.
Do you have a pet policy? If so, what is it.
No pets allowed; such details are given in the lease contract.
What utilities are my responsibility?
Tenants only take up responsibility for utilities depending on whether their apartment is semi serviced or serviced such as electricity, Wi-Fi, water, generator consumption, and cleaning services.
Can I have a guest stay over when I am not living in the property while my lease is still valid?
Yes. However, such a guest must be introduced to the management of the property ahead of time before such arrangement is affected.
